Refund and Cancellation Policy – Locae
1. Subscription Cancellation
Monthly and Annual Subscriptions:
You may cancel your Locae subscription at any time through your account settings. After cancellation, your subscription will not renew at the next billing cycle, but you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
Immediate Cancellation:
If you cancel your subscription immediately after purchase, you will still retain access to premium features until the end of the current billing cycle. Please note that no partial refunds are provided for early cancellations.
2. Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refund:
Refunds are generally not offered for subscription fees. However, if you believe there has been a billing error or if technical issues prevent you from using Locae’s features as intended, please contact our support team at support@locea.in within 7 days of the charge.
Pro-Rated Refunds:
In rare cases where a refund is approved, Locae may issue a pro-rated refund based on the unused portion of your subscription. This determination will be made at Locae’s sole discretion.
Ineligibility for Refunds:
Refunds will not be issued for subscriptions that have been fully or partially used. Additionally, refunds cannot be provided if you did not cancel your subscription before the next billing date.
3. How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription by logging into your Locae account and visiting the subscription management section under your account settings.
